FAQ

How do I choose outfits?

For a 90-minute photoshoot, I recommend bringing 3 different outfits. When selecting them, go with pieces that make you feel confident and excited. You can easily switch up your look by adding a layer or a coat. I suggest choosing clothes that highlight the parts of you that you love most. For example, if you love showing off your collarbones, an off-the-shoulder top or dress could be a great choice. And don’t stress too much about each outfit—overthinking it can make the process feel more complicated than it needs to be. Trust your instincts, and you’ll pick the perfect looks! If you ever need any help or suggestions, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to support you in choosing the best outfits for your session!

What about hair and makeup?

Choosing your hairstyle and makeup for your session is an important part of feeling great during the shoot. I recommend going for a natural makeup look, just a bit more polished than your everyday style. You want to look like yourself, just with a little extra glow! The same goes for your hair—pick a style that feels comfortable and that you’ve loved wearing before. This way, you’ll feel relaxed and confident, and your photos will reflect your true, beautiful self.

Should I worry about blemishes?

I totally get how feeling confident about your skin can be a little tricky, especially if there’s a blemish popping up right before your session. But here’s the thing—your natural beauty shines through, imperfections and all! That said, I know blemishes can sometimes make you feel a bit self-conscious. Don’t worry, though—I’ve got you covered. I use skin retouching techniques during editing to smooth things out and minimize any spots, so you can relax and enjoy the session. If anything shows up, we’ll take care of it!Nevertheless, we acknowledge that blemishes might affect your confidence when being photographed. Rest assured, during the image editing process, we employ advanced skin retouching and smoothing techniques to minimize the visibility of these blemishes. So, if you happen to have a blemish, there's no need to worry—we'll handle it for you!

How would I go about feeling more comfortable for pictures?

To practice for your session, I recommend spending some time getting comfortable in front of the camera. You don’t have to do anything formal—just have fun with it! Try practicing your smiles and poses in the mirror to see what feels natural. A great way to get comfortable is by taking a few photos on your phone in different outfits or settings, so you can see how you look and feel. Also, relax and remember that I’ll guide you through everything during the session, so there’s no pressure to be perfect. Just bring your genuine self, and the photos will turn out amazing!

What are good things to bring with me?

For your senior session, feel free to bring props that truly represent who you are. Whether it’s your musical instrument, favorite books, sports equipment, or your car, these personal items will make your photos all about you and what you love. Anything that’s meaningful or defines your interests will make your session feel even more special and unique. If you're unsure about what to bring, just reach out—I'm happy to help you decide!
