The STORY BEHIND ARROWS PHOTOGRAPHY: A SYMBOL OF RESILIENCE AND HOPE
In the realm of photography, a name can hold significant meaning, reflecting the essence and values of the artist behind the lens. For me, the choice of 'Two Arrows Photography' is deeply personal, rooted in a story of strength, hope, and the unbreakable bond between my sister and me.
The Origin of Two Arrows:
Seven years ago, during a challenging period in my life, my sister gave me an arrow bracelet with a profound message. The note accompanying it read, “An arrow can only be shot by pulling it backward. So when life is dragging you back with difficulties, it means that it’s going to launch you into something great. So just focus, and keep aiming.”
A Symbol of Resilience:
This simple yet powerful message became a guiding light through the storms of life. The arrow, a symbol of forward momentum, teaches us that setbacks are often a prelude to extraordinary achievements. It embodies the resilience to face adversity head-on, knowing that it's only a matter of time before we soar towards something greater.
The Broken Bracelets:
Over time, the bracelet, though imbued with immense sentimental value, bore the scars of wear and tear. It eventually succumbed, breaking under the weight of time and experiences. However, this was not the end of its journey.
From Bracelet to Pendant:
The company, upon learning of our story, graciously sent us replacements. Yet, fate seemed to have other plans, as these too met the same fate. Instead of viewing this as a mere coincidence, we recognized the deeper significance. The arrows, now liberated from their encasings, found new purpose.
Adorning Our Necks:
For the past seven years, my sister and I have worn these arrows around our necks, a tangible reminder of our shared journey through life's ups and downs. They symbolize our unwavering support for each other, a source of strength during trying times, and a beacon of hope for the future.
Choosing 'Two Arrows Photography':
When it came time to choose a name for my photography venture, 'Two Arrows Photography' was the only fitting choice. It encapsulates not only the resilience and hope embodied in the arrows themselves but also the unbreakable bond between my sister and me.
'Two Arrows Photography' is more than just a name; it's a testament to the enduring power of hope, resilience, and the unbreakable bonds of family. It serves as a reminder that, no matter the challenges we face, we have the strength within us to launch into something great. And just like those arrows, we too can soar.
